Your happiness, is never a bad investment.

The primary focal points of mediation often revolve around parenting arrangements and the division of assets, as these aspects are legally mandated for a divorce to be recognized by the courts.

Whether it be through mediation together, coaching individually, or perhaps simply sharing resources, I am excited to help you in any way that I can.

Facilitated Document Drafting

Prerequisite: Individual Intake Completed by Each Client

LOOKING FOR A LONG-TERM PLAN THAT CAN GROW WITH YOU?

A SIMPLIFIED SOLUTION TOWARDS A LONG TERM PLAN

This stage is explored after each client has completed an individual intake. As a Certified Family Mediator, the most common topic I mediate is how parents would like their relationship as co-parents into the future to look or how they are going to move forward with splitting their assets. I use industry-standard software, same as Lawyers, to ensure accurate and clear agreements.

This Package includes:

  • Individual private intakes for each client

  • Review of Full Financial Disclosure

  • Billed post session, 175$/hr.

  • Up to three joint sessions of approximately 2 hours each.

  • A 2 hour joint session = 1 hour billed Per Person

  • Detailed Progress notes provided after each session, no additional cost.

  • Average time commitment per person: 5 billable hours

  • Document of agreeable plan.

  • Additional sessions can be scheduled as needed.

WHEN YOU’RE LOOKING FOR A LITTLE MORE SUPPORT TO SIMPLY FILE.

COMBINES ASPECTS OF PET SEPARATION IF NEEDED.

This is a short, focused process designed to help you organize your finances, confirm your decisions, and create a clear agreement you can move forward with.

What’s Included:

  • 1–3 focused sessions all together
Used to clarify financial details, finalize decisions, and move efficiently toward agreement

  • Financial Organization & Support
Guidance on disclosure, assets, debts, and support

  • Agreement Drafting (MOU)
A clear, written summary of what you’ve agreed to — ready for legal review

  • 235$/90 minutes

  • Reviewing an agreement usually takes one joint 1.5 hour session, and then a final 1 hour confirmation session. For a total of 3 hours (including drafting) costing most couples $235 per person rather then typical lawyer fee’s at 3000$ + filing fee’s.

  • The agreement drafting is what ends up costing clients more then necessary in blind fee’s.

  • The Provincial Court Adming fee’s to formally file your documents are approx. 669$ whether you use a professional or file privately.

Designed For:

  • Couples without children

  • Those who are already in agreement (or very close)

  • Individuals who want to get organized before finalizing

Conflict Coaching

Prerequisite: None

WHEN YOU’RE LOOKING FOR LONG-TERM OR AS NEEDED SUPPORT

30 MIN, 90 MIN & BEYOND OPTIONS

Thinking… “Yeah, right — have you met my ex?”

You’re not alone — and this is exactly where conflict coaching becomes valuable.

These sessions are designed to support you when things feel stuck, high-conflict, or difficult to navigate — especially when the system feels overwhelming or your co-parent isn’t cooperating.

Whether you need help:

  • understanding the process

  • preparing for conversations or next steps

  • reviewing documents

  • or making sense of support calculations

Coaching gives you a space to get clear, organized, and moving forward.

Unlike working solely through a lawyer, where the focus is on legal tasks and billable hours, these sessions are focused on you.

Even when the other person isn’t engaging, conflict coaching allows you to move forward with confidence and advocate effectively for your children.

Some options that I offer are:

  • Use this 90 minute session to create a detailed plan of action and avoid burn out.

Answering any and all the questions I can so that you will leave with a simple and guided pathway forward. This ensures you avoid the common mistakes often made when families separate without guided support.

From pets to pensions, life & health insurance, and parenting to listing your home for sale.

  • Get clear on your finances — and start building your financial independence — in just one session.

Bring your numbers, understand what you can realistically afford, and organize your full financial picture.

We’ll walk through your income, expenses, and obligations so you can make informed decisions — not reactive ones.

Walk away with a clear plan for your next steps, and the confidence to move forward knowing you’re financially grounded.

No guessing. No overwhelm. Just clarity, control, and direction.
