Not Sure Where to Start With Your Separation?

You do not need to have everything figured out before asking for help.

This 30-minute Separation Clarity Call gives you focused space to explain where things stand, identify the decisions or information you may need and leave with a clearer understanding of your next steps.

This call may be right for you if:

  • You are considering separation but do not know where to begin.

  • You feel overwhelmed by the decisions, documents or information involved.

  • Your former partner is not ready for mediation.

  • You need help preparing for a conversation or professional appointment.

  • You want to understand the process before deciding what kind of support you need.

What We Can Focus On

Every situation is different. During your call, we can use the time to:

  • Identify the decisions that may need to be made.

  • Organize the information or documents you may need.

  • Clarify what is keeping the process stuck.

  • Prepare for a conversation with your co-parent, mediator or lawyer.

  • Determine a realistic next step based on where you are right now.

You will leave with greater clarityβ€”not a longer list of things to worry about.

How it works:

Choose a time that works for you and tell me briefly what you would like help understanding.

We will focus on your most immediate questions, concerns and priorities.

You will have a better understanding of what to gather, consider or do next.

If ongoing individual support would be helpful, we can discuss follow-up sessions. There is no package or commitment required.
